Van der Valk Palace Hotel is continuously looking for professional and excellent quality, but sustainability is also a high priority. We therefore strive to promote awareness of sustainability among employees and guests.

We do this by, among other things:

• Conscious waste separation
• Reducing energy, water and gas consumption
• Conscious purchasing, consider consumption and packaging

Van der Valk Palace Hotel holds Green Key certification Gold. This is the highest attainable international sustainability mark for companies in the tourism and leisure sector and in the market for meeting and conference locations, which are serious and verifiable about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

We ask you to go along with our policy:

• Don't want to leave the tap running unnecessarily or the light on?
• Furthermore, will you please remember to turn off the TV and close doors if you are leaving?
• Would you like to place only the towels that need to be changed on the floor?
• You can help by hanging up your Green Key door hanger, or request a Skip room clean below. Instead of cleaning your room, we will show our gratitude in the form of a voucher worth €2.50 to spend in our bar.
