Sauna ritual
- Take a hot shower so that you're clean and warmed up.
- Dry yourself well, because dry skin will sweat faster.
- Take a towel into the sauna and lie or sit on it.
- Stretch your body fully so your back muscles are in contact with the wood and your body relaxes faster.
- Don't stay in the sauna longer than 15 minutes and sit on the bottom bench for the last 2 minutes so that blood flow is restored. The highest benches are the warmest.
- When you have cooled down, take your shower (not too hot).
- Take rest and drink lots of water to compensate for lost fluids.
